The one where the title is only slightly misleading :) I took a 740 mile trip up to Wyoming, Michigan (bet you didn't even know there WAS a Wyoming, Michigan :D). I spent 10 days visiting my cousin, Scamp and her hubby Bear :D

Welcome to the longest week of my life. Man, it’s just been insane. Work’s intense because I’m always tied to my screen for hours and taking random breaks only when it feels like my head will explode. Wow. We just got back from our Christmas lunch with the bosses. Mrs. Ellen and Dr. Bunch arranged for us to meet at the Olive Garden for lunch. We gave them a basket with gifts for them (an LSU championship shirt & cap for Dr. Bunch, and some coffee candles, jewelry and slippers for Mrs. Ellen and a bottle of red wine for both of them). OMG, so sore. I think I actually worked harder over the weekend than I do at work…And I’m pretty sure it’s a forshadowing of things to come, what with the Nexus needing so much work. Geek Fest has started off yet again! Scampers is hanging out at my place, either she’s sleeping or she’s already Warcracking, so I’m sure she’s happy either way. Mom and Aunt Audrey have left for Tennessee, so that the can attend a cousin’s wedding. We are so gonna have a blast.

Ok, so not only did my dad have that whole procedure yesterday, but it turns out they stuck something in his throat that records when he coughs, and he has this little machine on his waste that keeps track of it all. This have been going great lately. My cousin is over visiting (Bogarting my Warcraft), and we’ve really just been enjoying one another’s company. Where as the times she visited before, we were always trying to cram in the movies and crap that we wanted to do together. Now, it’s a bit more relaxed...and that makes it fun.
